Dynasty Jewelers fine diamonds and timeless jewelry should meet or exceed your
expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a
thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.
To return or exchange an item, simply:
1. Call customer service at (877) 354-8912 to obtain a return authorization
number.
2. Complete the return form provided with the original packing materials.
3. Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including return
form, packing slip in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available
if you do not).
4. Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship
high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of
the invoice plus shipping charges. Dynasty Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or
damaged while shipping. Please also note that FedEx will not insure your jewelry.
5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return
area.

Please be careful: You should NOT write jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words
anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package.
Conditions of Return
Returns are simple, but are subject to certain rules:
The item needs to be
returned within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order from Dynasty
Jewelers.
Each item must be
returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. We cannot accept it
otherwise. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
If the item is a
diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond
needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a $200
replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be
charged.
Additional Notes
Custom work, special
orders, or personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on
behalf of Dynasty Jewelers.
Shipping, handling and
insurance charges are refunded if the return is a result of an error on behalf of Dynasty
Jewelers.
Return Time
All requests will be
processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns
take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
